You will receive periodic visits from our team to audit the cleaning standard, COSHH and equipment condition. We will also seek feedback and make suggestions and alterations to ensure the service we provide is of the standard required.
You will receive a communication book for comments on a daily basis between your staff and our own for any minor issues that may arise.
We will provide a comprehensive personalised cleaning schedule. The cleaning schedule will be in the cleaner’s area and also emailed or posted to you direct.
We have a bank of relief-cleaners in place, not just for holiday cover but for any last minute cover that may also be required.
All cleaning materials are of an approved range and carry full safety data sheets. Each employee is made aware and must carry responsibility to ensure COSHH is adhered to.
